Double diodes

The Semikron Double Diode is made up of two parts: a heated diode and a heater. The advantage of double-diode is that none of the diodes can affect the other. The internal resistance of the diodes must also be low. Types of dual diode are commonly known as the SKKD series at Semikron, Inc. Double Diode Types are available in the Electric Contract Store.
